Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to update after shipment.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, email shoplumorix@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded.
